Our inquiry form collects your name, work email address, organization, review-support needs, and message. You may also provide your role, approximate review volume, and intended timeline. If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to share.
The buyer checklists can be downloaded without providing an email address. Information you type into a downloaded PDF is not submitted to us through this website.
Do not submit patient information
This website’s general inquiry form is for business inquiries. Do not include patient names, medical records, insurance member identifiers, or confidential case details. Contact BHM to arrange an appropriate secure submission process before sharing information about an individual case.
How we use and route inquiries
